A great Voice Over is a blend of Art and Science. It requires the skilled application of performance techniques such as pacing, inflection, prosody and interpretation. Today’s production environment requires Voice Actors to also be highly versed in technical, business and marketing skills.
The days of ‘running off a few voice-over gigs between acting jobs’, are a relic of the past. Although I secretly wish I could have socialised with Tom Baker in a Soho Bar between Dr Who sets.
Following long careers in the Corporate, Military and Medical environments, my services are an amalgamation of experience gained over many years, including acting skills, corporate experience and a focus on team-work.

My tone is well suited to Documentary, eLearning, Medical and Character Narration. I have a 30 year background in both the medical and corporate worlds so I bring a wealth of experience.
I’ve found over the years that clients enjoy my character work and I love that it really can get quite silly at times.
My formal training has left me versatile and able to switch between character voices for audiobooks, reflective warriors for game-audio, tea drinking vikings for a radio ad, or describing the procedures your surgeon will undertake with your spinal fusion. There’s a whole niche market just for talking museum statues.

I’ve been an inter-dimensional being, a rude golf pundit and a reflective warrior in game roles. I’ve shouted orders on the Titanic and been a Russian Agent, so what’s there not to love about that.
